ZERO HUNGER BILL FORUM - Hon. Karlo Alexei B. Vera Cruz, chair of the Department of Hospitality Management of the College of Home Science and Industry, who were both mainly instrumental in the development of the multi-awarded novelty ice cream with brand name “Daerry’s Tilapia Ice Cream”.
