Dr. Abuan addresses 1, 754 annual graduates of CLSU

Dr. Caridad O. Abuan (right), CESO III, Director IV of the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III was the guest of honor and commencement speaker during the 64th Annual Commencement Exercises of CLSU last July 1, at the CLSU Auditorium.

She addressed a total of 1,754 graduates who were divided in two clusters from the graduate and undergraduate levels of the eight colleges of the university, and the Open University.



The university gave a certificate of appreciation to Dr. Abuan for being the guest of honor and commencement speaker (left photo). She is joined by (from left) Dr. Fe L.
