CLSU's 25-year Strategic Plan for the period 2016-2040 has been ?nalized. It was presented by Dr. Ruben C. Sevilleja, University President from May 1, 2007 to April 30, 2015, during the Workshop on the Quality Policy and Process Map last April 23-24.
